To ensure the best possible homes for our puppies and a smooth transition for new owners, we adhere to the following firm policies:

1. Non-Negotiable Pricing

Our puppy prices reflect the quality of the lineage, the comprehensive health screenings of the parents, and the around-the-clock care provided during the first weeks of life. As such, all prices are firm and non-negotiable.

2. Limited AKC Registration

All puppies are sold on Limited AKC Registration.

• This means the puppy is recognized as a purebred by the American Kennel Club but is being placed as a companion/pet only.

• Limited registration does not grant breeding rights or eligibility for AKC conformation shows.

3. Deposit & Reservation Policy

We do not "hold" puppies based on verbal interest.

• A puppy is only considered reserved once a non-refundable deposit has been received.

• This ensures that our puppies are matched with families who are fully committed to their arrival.

4. Final Payment Terms

For the security and clarity of the transaction, the remaining balance must be paid in full via cash at the time of pickup. We do not accept personal checks or digital transfers on the day the puppy leaves our care.
